🐾 HOW LONG WILL MY UK ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We work with trusted couriers and Royal Mail to get your order to you safely. Please allow 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday) for delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day, and weekend orders go out on Mondays.

UK shipping is charged at £2.99 per order.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

🌍 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Right now, we’re only delivering within the UK — but stay tuned, we’re hoping to go worldwide soon!

🔄 HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Need to return or exchange something? No problem!

Just email us at contactus@shoppoochi.co.uk with your order number. We’ll get back to you with simple return instructions.

🧼 Please make sure your item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • Tags still attached

Once your return is approved, you can post it back to us. Returns should be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: We don’t currently offer free returns, customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to make sure your return arrives safely.

💌 WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope you love your order, but if not, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be clean, unused and in original condition.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If you used a discount, your refund will reflect the price you paid at the time.

👉 Please note: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by pets.

💔 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED — HELP!

Oh no! If something isn’t quite right, please email contactus@shoppoochi.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the problem.

If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover your return postage and sort a refund or replacement for you.

Faulty items still need to be returned within 14 days and should be in original packaging where possible.

💳 WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds are always made to the original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is complete.

Purchases made at market stalls are final unless the item is faulty, in which case our faulty goods policy applies.
