3. Terms of Sale
3.1 Contract of Sale
For online sales,a contract isformed when we confirm your order by email. For market stall sales,a contract is formed at the point of payment.
3.2 Prices & Payment
Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at checkout (online) or at point of sale (stalls). Confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes.
3.3 Delivery (Online Orders)
UK delivery only(3–5working days). Orders after 12pm process the next working day. Weekend orders ship on Mondays. You’ll receive a dispatch email when your order is sent.
3.4 Returns & Refunds (Online Orders)
You may return items within14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Faulty items: email us with photos, and we’ll cover return postage. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
3.5 Market Stall Sales
Market stall purchases are final unless the item is faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days with proof of purchase. Refunds/exchanges for faulty goods will be provided in line with UK consumer law.
3.6 Exclusions from Returns
We cannot accept returns for items not returned in original condition, items worn, washed or damaged by customers or pets, market stall purchases (unless faulty), or custom/personalised items.
3.7 Liability (Products)
Our products are designed as pet clothing and accessories, not safety equipment. We are not liable for misuse, wear and tear, or damage caused by pets. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, injury, or fraud caused by negligence.
